One of my all time favorite promises is:
Jeremiah 29:11. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
My wife and I were living in
Dallas, Texas, several years ago when a friend's son was in a motorcycle racing accident. He was very severely injured. He had a ruptured aorta and spinal cord injuries. She prayed this verse in his behalf. Although a paraplegic, he survived the ruptured aorta which is almost always fatal.
God has plans for every one of us. Have you asked Him what His plans are for you? Ask Him and He will reveal them to you!
